From publicly available municipal building permit information in the cities we cover.

Does every permit represent an available job?

No. A permit shows potential construction activity, not a guaranteed sale. Some projects will already have a supplier or won't need your trade — you still qualify each one yourself.

Which cities are supported?

Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville and Burlington. More GTA cities are planned.

Is SiteSignal suitable for my trade?

If you sell into new builds, additions or renovations — windows & doors, roofing, HVAC, cabinetry, waterproofing, masonry, flooring, landscaping and more — yes.

Can I use SiteSignal on my phone?
